We ship to needlework lovers both inside and outside Singapore.

Shipping to any parts of United States is Halt at the moment due to tariffs situation. We are unable to received any more orders from US due to this current situation.

(A) For Local Customers Residing in Singapore:

We are using:

1) Singpost Smart Pac OR/
2) Ninja Van Courier Services for door to door services.  

-Singpost Smat Pac will be at SGD$3.50 for purchase less than $100 or total combine weight to be less than 500g. i.e if purchase of certain yarn or purchase of few cross stitch kits the weight will be more than 500g hence we will use Ninja Van Courier service. 

Delivery for  door to door is free from $100 of purchased items from our website, and SGD$5.50 (for delivery fees for less than $100, or more than 500g)

We will email you the tracking numbers shortly after we process your orders. Please allow 1-2 working days for processing your order; excluding Weekends.

Please note that delivery will take about 3-6 working days after we have dropped off the items. These delivery days are conservative estimation of time line that the parcel will reach you.

i) Shipping to Brunei and Malaysia

• Free for purchases above SGD 180.00
• 0.0 kg - 0.5 kg by Singpost Registered Air Mail : SGD 15.50
• 0.51 kg - 1.0 Kg by Singpost Registered Air Mail SGD 25.50

ii) Shipping to other ASEAN countries

These include Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, The Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. We ship by Registered Air Mail.

• Free for purchases above SGD 180.00
• 0.0 kg - 0.5 kg: SGD 18.50
• 0.51 kg - 1.0 Kg: SGD 28.50

iii) Shipping to All Other Countries

• Free International Shipping for purchases over SGD 200.00
• 0.0 kg - 0.3 kg by Registered Air Mail: SGD 15.50
• 0.31 kg - 0.5 kg by Registered Air Mail: SGD 25.50
• 0.51 kg - 1.0 kg by Registered Air Mail: SGD 40.50

1) Depending on the country you are residing in, delivery will take about 7-30 working daysafter we have dropped off the items (Excluding weekends). 
These delivery days are conservative estimation of time line that the parcel will reach you to different parts of the world. Do note that once the Package leaves Singapore Port, we have NO CONTROL of the tracking details. DO be patient for the package to arrived to you please.
