Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Regarding Opening Hours:
Our Brick and Mortar Shop opens from:
**Fri-Sunday 12:00pm-6pm
**Weds-Thurs: 12pm-7pm
***Closed on Mondays & Tuesday
(We may be closed on some public holidays, please check websites/ Facebook/Instagram for closing periods)

a) I'm outside your shop how, but it seems closed, what happened?
Ans: As we are a small shop (1-person operation ONLY) , sometimes, we may be out for urgent matters or we may be in the washroom. Please wait for a while.
Do also make sure that you are not Here during public holidays, as we may be closed on some Public Holidays. 

Regarding Online Order?
a) I have change my mind. I would like to Cancel my order. How can I do that?
Ans: For order cancellation, do log into your customer account on our website and
click ORDER CANCEL within 1 hour of order.
Full Refund will be processed and return to you.

However, after an hour of placing the order, and you decided to cancel the order, please note there is a 5% charge, to cover the bank processing costs of this initial purchase order. 
When a customer cancels an order Shopify Payments (and PayPal) do not refund the credit card processing fees. Hence this will be deduct from the payment. 
Example: If a customer buys a $100 item and cancels it, full refund in 1st hour.
After which, we will only refund $95 as $5 is being paid for credit card processing.

b) How long do you take to process my order?
Ans: We will take 1-2 working days during our operation to process your order.
As we do not operate on Mondays & Tuesdays, orders from these 2 days will only be processed when we return to the shop on Wednesday (unless it is a Public Holiday).

Regarding Class Booking?
a) How do we go about making a class booking?
Ans: Browse through here and here and pick a project or skill which interest you.

b) Do you accept walk in students?
Ans: As we run on an appointment system for our lessons, is best that you make the class payment online and we will discuss the time and date to start. 

c) Are there fixed schedule for our craft classes?
Ans: Yes, please come after you have make a booking on the website for the class. 

d) Will materials be issued to us for our craft classes?
Ans: Most of our Guided project and singles craft sessions have materials provided, unless stated otherwise. 

e) I saw this craft pattern which I found online/in a book, I would like to learn how to make this item, may I know what are the class fee?
Ans: Our class fee for 1 session is $30 for 1 hour
(Please note for these classes, NO materials are provided)

f) What are the booking and cancelling policy?
1) Please Start the lesson on the booking date 
2) Any change of dates needs to be notify at least 48 hours before class date and time.
3) As we run on an appointment basis, we are very strict with our lesson time table. Hence, there will be no postponement/replacement/refund allowed for any lesson missed regardless of whatsoever reasons. 
4) In any case of Class cancellation and NO Show to classes, please note that there is NO refund under such circumstances.
