Woolly Stitch

I have been meaning to make one of these quilt. It has been really a stash-busting yarn experiences which I'm delighted to use up all those small odd ends of yarn which I have been storing them away.

The questions we always ask ourselves, "what do we do with all those odd ends?"
"Should I throw them away?" "Should I keep them" "I'm running out of space to keep them"

Etc.. etc... <Believe me... all these questions you had are also my concerns too>

We kept them but never really use them. Reason being, we feel wasteful to throw them out.
We feel sorry to throw out the good 20-30g of yarn.  BUT??? What can we do with them?

The answer is this: Turn them into a quilt... and I'm happy that I made one out of it.
The idea of making a quilt is like what do you do with all those small pieces of Fabric.

Cool thing about needlework is this...
you shape the work (in this case, very simple Granny squares only 2 row of colour change), Mix and match any colours you want for the first 2 row. Then join them 4 by 4 and on the second last boarder, add a row of white. Always have a constant, either dark or light colour for the boarders. Final outer row, I used a dark navy yarn. I'm sure you can change the boarder colours in the way you like it.

This will somehow turn into something cool... Try it... gather all those odds and ends and somehow... another product will come to live.. This is why I enjoy this craft sooooo much.. (❀❛ ֊ ❛„)♡
